Terry brings extensive experience as Director of Information Technology for STAMPSCO from his tenure of 19 years at the Univeristy of Oklahoma College of Medicine as Senior Network Administrator.  Terry has an Associates Degree in Electronics Engineering from Oklahoma State University, and he has achieved certifications in Novell, Microsoft Windows Workstation, Microsoft Windows Server and Microsoft SQL Server.  Terry is a former police officer and holds a Security license in the State of Oklahoma.
